Recipe: Healthier Chicken Satay Noodles 🍜

Creamy, peanut, satay sauce - sounds dreamy but can be pretty calorific, there'll be no sacrificing good food on our watch though! We're back to save your tastebuds with another low calorie, high flavour recipe and this one came from the genius mind of one of our Instagram followers, Sasha Francis

For this one you're going to need fan favourite sweet chilli sauce from us, as well as powdered peanut butter, light soy sauce and some Chinese dive spice - add them to your shopping list, bookmark this page and come back once you've hit the shops!

Shopping done? Ok lets get started...

  1. Mix together 15g of powdered peanut butter, 20ml of our sweet chilli sauce, 8ml of light soy sauce and some Chinese dive spice - this should give you a light, sweet and creamy sauce you'll want to drizzle on just about anything.

  2. Pick your favourite veggies, get some chicken and stir fry them together, add noodles in too if you fancy it!

  3. Once your meat and veg is cooked through, mix in the satay sauce right at the end until everything is gorgeously coated.

That's it! So easy and so tasty, this is a favourite of ours to make after an evening gym session when you're starving but don't want to faff about in the kitchen, works a treat!
