In case you didn’t know, we’re proud to be based and produced in (occasionally) sunny Manchester so we thought it was about time we explored the local healthy options! Sometimes it’s easy to be overwhelmed by a myriad of junk food joints when you’re around the city centre, but fear not, there are plenty of places celebrating more of the good and less of the bad just like us! Here are our top 6…

 1. Kettlebell Kitchen

Their Kettleboxes are ever popular and have a myriad of sizes, proteins, veggie or carb bases and sauces – you’ll be spoilt for choice and can even take them away for meal prep!

LEON healthy fast foodLEON has become a cult chain of ‘naturally fast food’ restaurants down in London, and now they have finally graced the Manchester streets with their presence with one in the Trafford Centre and another next to Piccadilly Station. Mimicking everything we know and love about fast food without the nasties, you can pick up burgers, wraps, chips, salads, and kebabs at LEON – all cooked in a healthier way that removes the guilt of picking up a quick bite to eat while out and about.


3. Bundobust
